Sponsors Module

Features:

First of all, unlike any other Lotto software for sale on the Internet,YOU, the owner, has a choice as to what type of sponsor you will host on your Lotto. Sponsor Type One can edit his page and will be required to place a button or banner on his page in order to get click throughs. When the sponsor position is approved (but not activated) detailed instructions will be sent to him with specific html code to place on his site. You will activate this sponsor only after you have manually verified that the code has been properly placed.

Sponsor Type Two cannot edit his page (has a self replicated web site) and will end up having a frames page with the ticket on the footer with a 30 second delay in footer refresh hard coded into program. During the 30 second delay, the small footer page will read: “Check out our Sponsor above while we are building your ticket. Clicking on our sponsor page will not affect your ticket!” If you desire a different message, it can be changed once with no fee at the time when your lotto is launched. Changing that footer message after Lotto delivery will incur a modest fee.

For a Type Two sponsor, click through's begin as soon as YOU select “activate sponsor” in the admin area after you have verified that the sponsor URL is valid.

Sponsors that have been played by a particular email address would never show up again for that particular player with that specific email address until the game clock closes (and a new game clock has begun).

Sponsor page is comprised of 4 columns by 5 rows in a table. The only thing showing in the table would be the sponsor title. Sponsor title will be an active hyperlink to that sponsor's unique ticket page. If there were more than 20 sponsors, the randomization for each page view combined with the loss of “played” sponsors would ensure that each sponsor had an equal shot at exposure.

Sponsors would automatically be removed once the CT's were delivered regardless of when they expired. No more waiting until the end of the week as you have to do in some Lotto software. When they are DONE, they come OFF immediately!

Sponsor positions within the database and thus on the sponsor page would randomize with each page view and take into consideration whether or not that unique email address may have played selected sponsors in the past within that game week. (those sponsors would NOT show, of course). Once that game week clock expired, that particular email address would once again be able to play at each sponsor.

Sponsors would receive a weekly automated email giving them the specifics of the visitors that they had received to date. “You have received xxx number out of xxx total visitors to your site as of (date).

Sponsors Module Admin area:

Ability to create sponsors from a simple web based form entering in name, URL for sponsorship, total number of CT's to be delivered. Sponsors within the database would never get deleted except by owner action (regardless of their active or inactive sponsor status). So when CT's run out for a sponsor, that client position stays in the database and still shows in the admin area. There must be a clear indication that the sponsor is not active however.

The “Activate” button would enter that particular sponsor information (sponsor Type Two only) into the database and start showing it to players until the proper number of CT's were delivered. Sponsor Type One would only get an email telling them how to paste the proper html on their website. The correct html code complete with unique ticket href (hyperlink) would be transmitted to the sponsor's email address. Then the sponsor has the action to tell the Lotto owner that the code has been posted.

Sponsors will be able to log in with a password and review the CT's that they have received at any point. The format should be structured to display by week and include a summary with total owed, delivered, balance due.

Sponsor expiration notices must be automated and go as follows:

  • When 50% of the CT's have been delivered
  • When 90% of the CT's have been delivered
  • When 100% of the CT's have been delivered

These letters would be editable by the owner and the owner can elect to disable some or all of the CT delivery warnings.

The automated sponsor weekly email reports would be editable by the Lotto Owner and have the ability to add data fields to it. For example, you could send an email like this:

Hi Frank, you have had 550 of the 1,000 visitors to your web site I hope that you are seeing increased activity on this website. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Lotto Owner,

Sig File
