Nerd Boy Lotto Instructions

Object of the Game:

In exchange for each Weekly Sponsor that you take the time to visit, you are given one (1) Free Lotto
Ticket to play. Each ticket you play is entered into our Weekly Drawing on Saturday in which you can
win anywhere from Free Tickets up to our GRAND PRIZE! Prizes are posted on each ticket you play. All
Winners are usually notified via email no later than 48 hours that they won and have 7 days to claim their prize.

How To Play:

1. Enter your email address in the window provided. If your browser supports cookies, you will not
have to enter it manually in each ticket you play - thus saving you time!

2. After you enter your email address and click on "Play Lotto" you will be taken to a sponsor page.
This page lists a portion of the sponsors that are available for you on a particular week. Select a sponsor
by clicking on the sponsor title.

3. After clicking on the sponsor title, check out the sponsor's page.

4. We have two types of sponsors. Type 1 is where the ticket will show at the bottom of the page.
So while you wait on the ticket to come up PLEASE take a look at the sponsor's page. After all,
SPONSORS are the only reason that we can make this lotto FREE and award prizes, so give
them a serious review.

5. Type 2 sponsors are able to place a Nerd Boy banner on their page. For this type of sponsor
you must find the Nerd Boy Lotto banner and click on it when you find it. PLEASE take a look at what
our sponsors have to offer as you search for the banner.

6. Once you have either clicked on the "Your ticket is ready to play" link or have clicked on the
Nerd Boy Lotto banner, a ticket page will pop up with your email address already pre-filled out.

7. Either manually select your 6 numbers or hit the Quick-Pick button and ensure your Email
Address is displayed correctly place. Press "Play."

8. That ticket has now been added to this Week's Drawing and you will be taken back to the
sponsor page where you can select another sponsor to play.

9. No matter how many weekly sponsors are available that week, you will only see 18 of them on
the sponsor page at any one time. There will be no need to worry about whether or not you have
played on a particular sponsor because once you have played, that sponsor will never show up
again for that week for that email address.

10. Play at as many sponsor positions as you like. After all, the more tickets that you play, the MUCH
greater your chance at winning! If one of the Weekly Sponsors sites are not working for whatever
reason, you still can play the lotto ticket.

11. Review your tickets easily by clicking on the link that reads "Display tickets played." You may also
delete any ticket that you like from that page.

12. You will automatically be notified by email if you won or lost.

13. Playing a ticket on our Lotto automatically subscribes you to our Nerd Boy Lotto List of Players
where you will be reminded to play each week plus treated to all sorts of special offers and incentives.

14. We do not sell, trade, or give away any email address from anyone who plays our Lotto.

15. Since this is a free game and no fee is involved, anyone in the World can play as long as they have
a valid email address, however if for some strange reason your country or state forbids this type of game,
then you are not eligible to play. It is YOUR responsibility to determine if you can play a free lottery in your
area.

16. If you have more than one person playing on the same computer consecutively, you must close
the browser and then reopen it after the first player gets done playing. This will delete the cookie and
allow the second player to play.

Rules:

1. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and specific permission to be subscribed to the Nerd Boy Lotto List of Players. Entries for our Saturday night Drawing are accepted between 12:00pm EST (noon) and at 11:59 am EST the following week. All entries made after 12:00 noon EST will automatically be entered into the next drawing.

2. Play cut off time. You must play your tickets by the times indicated below (24 hour clock).

0800 Atlantic US time
0900 Eastern US time
10:00Central US time
1100 Mountain US time
1200 (noon) Pacific US time
1400 or 1500 Hawaii time (depending on the continental US daylights savings time shift) Hawaii does not change times.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to all persons of legal age in any country of the world, however this game is void where prohibited. Principals and employees of Nerd Boy Lotto and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of each are not eligible.

4. Limit of one valid email address per person may be used in any given drawing. Use of multiple email accounts is not allowed. Playing one ticket constitutes your agreement to automatically be subscribed to our list of players and receive periodic Lotto related emails. If one person plays with multiple email addresses, all tickets and prizes, previous and future are subject to forfeiture and all email addresses may be banned from our game.

5. Limit of three active players per household.

6. Amount of weekly entries are limited to One (1) ticket at each of our Weekly Sponsors.

7. Winning numbers used will be those drawn by the California State Lottery. We are in no way affiliated with this State Lottery. We only use their numbers so that YOU, our player, will know that the numbers are chosen by a legitimate non-affiliated organization. Imagine if we picked our own numbers? We could just keep picking them until we had the fewest number of winners. We do not do that. We use a weekly lottery that you can verify. You can be supremely confident that we award Nerd Boy.

8. Nerd Boy Lotto will notify winners via an email usually by Monday of each week. Winners be asked to visit a specific page to Claim their Prize. Winners have 7 days from the date of winning to claim their prize - after that time the prize is voided. You may also enter your email address on our Winners Page at any time to see if you were a winner last week.

9. Limit of one winning entry per player per week. If a player has multiple winning tickets for any given week the ticket with the highest pay out will be awarded the prize.

10. A physical postal mailing address is not required until after you claim your physical prize. We need your address at that point to send the prize to you.

11. Players found to be in violation of the official rules or abusing the Nerd Boy Lotto system will automatically be disqualified and any winnings will be forfeited. We will ban your email address from playing our game again.

12. Nerd Boy Lotto is not responsible for any invalid entries due to a players incompatibility with our software or typographical errors on the part of the player. It is a players responsibility to ensure that that their entries are valid and in compliance with the the rules.
