Email Module This is one of the most important modules. After all, email marketing is where you make the money by selling sponsorships and by getting players to come to your lotto. This module works behinds the scenes taking care of all functions nearly automatically. Here are a few examples: “The Lotto is Closed,Thanks for Playing” notification. This letter would send a web-based editable email automatically one hour after the game clock closed thanking each email address (for that specific week's game) for playing and inviting them to come back and play again since the new game is started. "Winners Letters" As the name implies, these are the letters that would automatically go to all winning email addresses once the owner entered the winning numbers and processed the Lotto for that week. The Winners letters would go out at the time specified after a web-based form is filled out. "Loser Letters" This is an excellent feature not found on very many Free Lotto's out there. By far the biggest number of email address each week are those players that did NOT win. It is nice to be able to send a "sorry" message to them and invite them to come back and play. The loser database would then be deleted. Loser Letters are editable via web page would allow the Lotto owner to edit the email that will be sent to every losing email address that had entered a ticket in that week's game. Both the title and text of the email can be edited. The letter would stay the same each week until the Lotto owner edited it again. "Sponsors Contact" This would enable you to email all clients in the sponsor database. It would be selectable (meaning you could email active, expired) clients at any point. "Affiliates" This would allow you to email all affiliates to assist them in promoting YOUR lotto site (coming in the future). "Reminders" This email broadcast web page would allow the Lotto owner to edit the email that will be sent to every email address in the master player database on a pre-selected day. Both the title and text of the email can be edited. The day of the week that the email reminder would go out would be selectable. This letter would stay the same until the Lotto owner edited it again. It goes out automatically at a pre-selected day to all email addresses in the Master Player Database. Master Player Database maintenance. This feature maintains the database of players. Every single email address that ever plays a ticket on the lotto gets added to this database. It will contain no duplications and emails would be deleted only if the recipient of the email notification clicks on a delete hyperlink contained at the bottom of the email. All email notifications would contain an active remove hyperlink that once clicked, would remove that unique record from the master list of players. That email address would then never be on the list of players database unless it played ANOTHER ticket in the future. |
